The Lithuanian Wind Power Association (LWPA) is focused on, and protects privacy of its customers; the following privacy and cookies policy clearly and transparently reflects principles on collection and use of information applied on our website, as well as details on the regulations of the LWPA and principles pertaining to protection of personal data.

When processing personal data, we rely on the Data Protection Regulation of the European Union No. 2016/679, Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, other related regulations, and instructions by the regulatory authorities.

Employees of the LWPA are obligated in writing not to disclose or disseminate information received at the workplace concerning customers of the company, including information on visitors of the website LVEA.lt, to the third parties.
