Tele-Fonika Baltic and Fulmenn join LVEA
The community of the Lithuanian Wind Power Association continues to grow – two companies have joined the association, operating in different yet essential areas for the development of wind energy: cable solutions as well as infrastructure and logistics.
Tele-Fonika Baltic – expertise in cable solutions
Tele-Fonika Baltic represents one of Europe’s largest cable manufacturers – Tele-Fonika Kable – which has extensive experience in renewable energy projects. The company contributes to the supply of medium- and high-voltage cables for wind energy projects, supporting the development of reliable infrastructure.
By joining LVEA, the company aims to stay closely connected to sector developments – from ongoing projects to decisions shaping the future of wind energy.

Fulmenn – infrastructure and logistics for wind energy
Fulmenn UAB operates actively in the wind energy sector, providing logistics and infrastructure solutions. The company cooperates with leading global wind turbine manufacturers, including Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Nordex, and Enercon.
Over the past five years, Fulmenn has implemented more than 20 projects across the Baltic region, contributing to wind energy development in locations such as Mažeikiai, Kelmė I & II, Akmenė I & II, Jurbarkas, Telšiai, Pagėgiai, Joreta, Pasvalys, Laflora, Sopi–Tootsi, and others.
The company’s scope of work includes route preparation, road infrastructure adaptation, permit acquisition, coordination, and other complex solutions.
